Nathaniel Brandes fb1c60f818 Fix manifest megamorph testcase. ... The megamorph was not working correctly because the creature used, Sandstorm Charger, has exactly the same Megamorph cost and Manifest cost. Since the manifest ability came first in the ability list order, it was used.
