[READY FOR REVIEW] Implement a "multi-amount" dialog (#7528)
* Implemented chooseTargetAmount and new GUI dialog (distribute damage, distribute mana)
* Added tests and AI support;
* Test framework: added aliases support in TargetAmount dialogs;
