Add additional ability icons (#10549)
* Slightly revamped basic card icons

All icon classes which were just static text have been removed, and instead replaced with a static instance.

A new icon for reach has been added

Some icons have been reused for new abilities (hexproof for shroud and ward, infect for toxic)

When a card would have two icons of the same type, the icons are instead combines into one with a combined hover tooltip.

* Fixed missing capitalization on ward, hexproof

Improvements to limited with Freeform Unlimited Commander (#10114)
* Limited-style sideboarding with unlimited basics enabled for Freeform Unlimited Commander

* FreeformUnlimitedCommander does not depend on FreeformCommanderFreeForAll anymore.
FreeformUnlimitedCommander has sideboarding.
In two-player matches of FreeformUnlimitedCommander, the player who goes first doesn't draw a card on their first turn anymore.

* FreeformUnlimitedCommanderTypeTest takes into account that sideboarding is allowed

* Fix to startingPlayerSkipsDraw condition

5f55c7c667 Tokens and command objects reworked (part 1 of 2):
- fixed that copy effect doesn't restore original image after effect's end;
 - removed outdated availableImageSetCodes (all images auto-selected from tokens database now, related to #10139);
 - refactor command objects to use CommandObjectImpl;
 - refactor planes/emblems/etc objects to use MageObjectImpl, added copyable support;
 - refactor another game objects to remove some duplicated fields;

Button focus adjustments for yes/no dialogs (#9828)
* UserRequestDialog buttons can't be pressed with spacebar anymore

* Pressing spacebar when drafting no longer brings up the quit menu

* Revert DraftPanel and TournamentPanel quit dialog buttons to their original positions

Make Add Land dialog no longer add a random mix of regular and snow-covered basic lands (#9353)
The Add Land dialog now only adds regular basic lands and never snow-covered ones, unless you specifically select a set that only contains snow basics (e.g. MH1) Sets that only contain snow basics are not selectable when adding lands to a Limited deck.

Fix the UI pitfall of double spacebar press quitting a draft (#9193)
* Switch draft's quit dialog's yes/no buttons so that yes isn't enabled by default

* TounramentPanel's quit button also adjusted for the sake of consistency.
