Refactor ExpansionSet and its subclasses ( #8382 )

* Don't purge cards-by-rarity cache between tournaments
* Move DOM and WAR specific checks out of base ExpansionSet class
* Move Battlebond specific methods out of base ExpansionSet class
* Refactor ExpansionSet and subclasses
* Zendikar boosters also only have full-art basic lands
* Fix Eldritch Moon (#8171 )

Updated Legacy Cube 2017 to match a change Wizards made. Fixed Asylum Visitor's missing LoseLifeEffect. Fixed Rishkar's GainedAbilityEffect to be only controlled creatures.

Changed set codes in image sources and Mage Sets to match recent changes. Changed Portal Second Age set code back to PO2. Updated tokens with recent sets to product correct images. Fixed that there was no basic land slot in EMN packs.
