Minor features for parity with murmur.ini

MaxUsers: modifies existing sessionpool similar to Murmur
MaxUsersPerChannel: already implemented, inconsistent name
AllowPing: affects registration, too
DefaultChannel
RememberChannel
ServerPassword
SendOSInfo: already implemented, inconsistent name

Config keys are renamed to conform to murmur.ini
